Terms and Conditions
Orders are handcrafted upon receipt of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the arrival of your order. Since each piece is made by hand no two are ever a like and slight “imperfections” may occur (This adds to the charm of a handcrafted piece!)
Terms of Payment
Gwynnie B Designs is set up through Pay Pal. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted if you do not want to use Pay Pal. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements if you choose this route.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are sent USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $6.00 (Insurance is extra and highly recommended). If you need faster delivery please contact us. But keep in mind the creative process is still 2 weeks.
Returns/Exchanges
We hope you will love your order! If for some reason you are not happy a full refund will be provided, minus the shipping, or we can assist you with an exchange. Please note: Custom orders are non-returnable.
Wholesale Accounts
